Common questions

How do I join my team?

Your coach or team admin sends an invite link. Open it, create your account, and you'll land on the team automatically. No invite? Ask your team admin to send one from Admin → Teams.

How do my kids get added?

Parents add kids to their household during onboarding (or later from the roster). Children under 13 don't get logins — you manage their RSVPs from your own account. Athletes 13+ can be given their own sign-in.

How do team payments work?

Team admins set up payouts with Stripe from Admin → Payments, then send payment requests. Families pay by card; money goes to the team's Stripe account. TeamHQ charges a small platform fee on payments collected through the service — there's no subscription.

How do I delete my account?

Account → Delete account, in the app or on the web. If you're the last adult in your household this removes the whole household permanently. You can also email us and we'll handle it.
